President Donald Burnett was re-elected but immediately resigned stating that if his officers were not put into office it was a lack of confidence in him. Julia Murphy had been elected in place of one member submitted by the nominating committee. He said it would not be possible for him to continue as President with her as a member of the Board.
After an emergency meeting the following night, 1st Vice President John Aylen became the new President and Michael Meiklejohn moved from 2nd to 1st Vice President leaving 2nd VP vacant until later.
