At the Workshop's final annual meeting on May 19, 1964, it was decided that the OLT Workshop be disbanded and consolidated with its parent organization, the OLT, at the latter's annual meeting in June. Increased efficiency and the end of conflicts between two theatre groups using the same facilities was advanced as the reason for consolidation.
