Prize-winner of 74th National One-Act Playwriting Competition; EODL 2015 One-Act Play Festival entry
After winning the Gladys Cameron Watt Award (3rd Prize) in the OLT's Playwriting Competition, "The False Neighbour" was produced at OLT for the Donor and Volunteer Appreciation Event.
It was repeated on Nov. 7, 2015, as the OLT entry into the 2015 EODL One-Act Play Festival hosted by Highlands Little Theatre in Haliburton ON, where it won the Adjudicators Award for Playwriting (Step Taylor), Outstanding Student Contribution (Sara McEwan as "April"), and Best Furnishing and Props (David Magladry, Kathy & Jack Piché).
