First Prize-winner of 60th National One-Act Playwriting Competition (in 1999); EODL 2008 One-Act Play Festival entry
"Baking and Other Acts of Courage" was OLT's entry into the 2008 EODL One-Act Play Festival hosted by Theatre Night in Merrickville in Merrickville, Ontario, on Nov. 7-8. It won an Adjudicator's Award for Best Props, and Brian Cano won an Adjudicator's Award for "all-round theatre ability". It was subsequently presented at the OLT for the Donor Appreciation Night on Nov. 9.
